The confirmed service starts at Guangzhou warehouse and runs to Indonesia, including Jakarta city delivery. Confirm receiving instructions and the full destination address before sending goods.

Loading is arranged within one week of warehouse receipt. Confirm cargo acceptance, documents and receiving arrangements first; actual dispatch remains subject to the shipment and operational conditions.

Allow approximately 15–25 days as an overall planning reference, excluding public holidays and periods of heightened customs inspection. Confirm the route, start and end points, and clearance and delivery coverage before booking; this is not a guaranteed delivery time.

Sea freight consolidation is charged by CBM (cubic metre). Share packed dimensions, total volume, package count and weight. Any minimum charge and handling of oversized or overweight cargo must be confirmed individually; no fixed rate applies to every shipment.

Tax-inclusive options can be discussed for your shipment. Confirm export and import clearance, the taxes covered, delivery scope and tax-document arrangements in the quotation. Agree who pays inspection, storage, port-delay and return-shipment charges before booking; tax-inclusive does not mean every exceptional cost is covered.

Jakarta city delivery is included. Beyond Jakarta, expedition or vehicle delivery can be arranged with actual costs confirmed separately for the address.

Tobacco, alcohol, and flammable or explosive dangerous goods are not accepted. Declare batteries, liquids, powders, gases, charcoal and solid-wood packaging. Chemical cargo requires MSDS and a transport appraisal, but supplying documents does not guarantee acceptance.

Routine sea freight quotations are normally valid until Friday of the quotation week. Follow the validity stated in your quote and reconfirm if the cargo or arrangements change. Fuel, peak-season, remote delivery, inspection and storage costs may vary.

Send the route, cargo name, package count, actual quantity, dimensions, weight, CBM, value, photographs, invoice and packing list, delivery address and available export documents. Declare special characteristics. First response is within 2 working hours; routine initial quotations follow within 48 hours of complete information, while special cargo requires further review.

Handling and compensation terms differ by clearance method. Before booking, confirm the process for each event, who pays exceptional charges, and any insurance or compensation conditions in writing. No single compensation standard applies to every clearance option.
